Project Control

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil engineering/ Ocean Engineering or related major
• Experience Minimum 3 years 
• Having experience in EPC Project, Oil and Gas Project, Marine Construction is priority
• Placement on NTB Project ( PT. Amman )
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and agile personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, demonstrate accountability and influencing skills
• Good leadership ability and highly teamwork player
• Ability to work without constant supervision or guidance

Job Desc :

• Have the capability for project scheduling, compose construction method statement, quantity Surveyor and Estimator.
• Familiar with excel and Microsoft Project/Primavera
• Willing to work hard and responsible to the completion of the Task
• Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control
• Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis [budget vs actual]
• Drive project profitability and other performance metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate project billings
• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks
• Participate in monthly project review meetings
• Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries
• Schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.
