We are looking for a Document Control Coordinator Project for the Engineering Department with the responsibilities listed below:
- Report to Project Manager and undertake the responsibilities to manage project documents in a construction project.
- In charge of project folder setup, folder management, monitoring document registries, and numbering procedure of project documents.
- To process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- To ensure all project documents being distributed and managed according to agreed project DOCUMENT CONTROL guidelines.
- To assist in improving document management system and processes in the project.
To fulfill these duties and responsibilities, we require individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Engineering Field Degree
- A minimum of two years' experience as a DOCUMENT CONTROLler coordinator for a Design and Drawing project is required.
- Proficient Cloud-based DOCUMENT CONTROL platform (PROCORE, ACONEX), Ms. Excel & Ms. Word is advantage.
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written is a mandatory.
- Ability to operate CAD will be an advantage
