Responsibilities
• Support the recruitment of consultants for existing and potential new international development projects• Develop recruiting plans for upcoming bids and proposals• Source and match suitable candidates to open positions• Conduct interviews and build a network of top-tier talent• Manage open positions and recruitment activities• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process• Identify new hiring sites and sources• Coordinate travel, project logistics, and administrative tasks• Conduct research and analysis on key topics• Other relevant responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields/sectors• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in international consulting and recruitment• Passion for economic development, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, investment, and entrepreneurship• Strong networking and organizational abilities• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks• Excel at working in a fast-paced environment• Detail-oriented and respectful of compliance and confidentiality• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Problem-solving mentality• Strong negotiation skills• Highly adaptable and able to work as a team• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia• Excellent computer skills and experience with social media and talent acquisition platforms
