Project Engineer

Job Description :

-Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources. Collaborate with different teams, including procurement, and management.

-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

-Technical Expertise: Apply engineering knowledge to solve complex problems. Review technical designs, specifications, and drawings.

-Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations

-Documentation: Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Maintain accurate records of project activities and milestones.

-Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, and clients. Present project status and updates to management.

Requirements :

-Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunication, electrical and computer) or a related field is typically required.

-Experience: Relevant work experience in engineering or project management. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum) is beneficial.

-Technical Skills: Deep knowledge about Access Point (AP), Network Device, and GPON Technology. Proficiency in engineering principles. Project management software, and other technical tools may be necessary.

-Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

-Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with teams, presenting project updates.

-Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and make decisions to keep projects on track.

-Leadership and Teamwork: Capability to lead a project team, motivate team members, and foster a collaborative work environment.

-Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.

Preferred (point plus) :

- Experience using Drawing/ Auto CAD.
