You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.
How you will contribute
Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

- Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
- Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6
- Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach
More about this role
Supervises and coordinates the implementation of all proses and product change management of the Bandung Plant and provide effective customer service coordination to Business Units for Mondelez International operations in line with the category’s annual and strategic goals, and MI requirements. Additionally, the position supervises selected capital projects of BDE related to product change.
This function reports directly to the BDE Lead and coordinates with the Plant Operations (PPIC, Production, Maintenance, R&D and Finance) and with Business Units for all matters pertaining to new product development and commercialisation, product and packaging improvements, productivity opportunities, promotional packages, product cost estimates, customer service to the BU’s .
This role also to ensure that MI/FSSC/ ISO guidelines /HSE procedures are observes by following strictly the MBD procedures and work instruction in order to pass audits and this role acts as the document controller for MBD function.

Job specific requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant with know how in food processing, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC and at least 2 years exposure in project management
Fluently speaking English and possessing good written skills
Proficiency in computers.
Knowledgeable in project management
Knowledgeable in process improvements, and New Product Development principles
Strong analytical to solve processing issues.

Normal working schedule with sometime require to work during weekend/public holiday to support project execution
