Alamat- Lead the implementation of BIM processes and technologies across construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop and integrate BIM workflows
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols throughout the organization
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and manage 3D models for construction projects using BIM software
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive and accurate BIM models
- Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders through BIM coordination meetings
- Resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM environment to enhance project coordination
- Provide training to project teams on BIM processes, tools, and best practices
- Offer ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of BIM throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM model
- Conduct regular checks and reviews to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with the Software and Tools Officer to integrate BIM with other construction technologies
- Ensure seamless interoperability between BIM software and project management tools
- Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the BIM industry
- Evaluate and recommend new BIM technologies and methodologies for implementation JOB REQUIREMENT
- Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or any related field to Project Execution
- Min. 3 (three) years in Construction function within the Oil and Gas Industry and /or Commercial Building and/or Infrastructure projects
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Experience working in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, BIM, and project management
- Strong independent skills and an ability to engage with/influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven experience as a BIM Analyst in the construction industry
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and others
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and accuracy
- Ability to train and support project teams in BIM implementation
