Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, and completion. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in planning, initiating, executing, and closing to make sure the target is achieved in terms of Scope of Work and Timeline.
• Planning, documenting, and reporting project plan.
• Running the project based on project standard practice. Ensure that the processes, principles, and guidelines are documented.

• Effectively capture and document risks and issues, escalate them for mitigation/resolution and to implement the mitigating next steps to manage the risks and issues.
• Work effectively with project team members in progressing the project administrative deliverables.
• Able to interact with external vendors so that we secure goods/services at agreed costs and timelines for the project.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Effectively communicate using formal disciplined communication as well as informal communication to stakeholders to help the project meets its goals.
• Mentor other members of the team in project management skills. 

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having a good leadership, communication and negotiation skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Priority will be given to prospective employees who live in Bandung
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to communicate project details   clearly to the designer & developer team
• Ability to communicate technical concept on both technical and non-technical Audiences.
• Ability to work under tight deadline and high pressure during event delivery
• Presentational and client-facing skills
• Familiar with JIRA/Redmine Tools is a PLUS
