- Design, implement, and manage databases within Airtable to ensure increased productivity within the Specialist Team
- Streamline Specialist operations and develop solutions that allow for improved process efficiency
- Provide administrative assistance and documentation to the Specialist and Corporate teams
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth operations of the Specialist and Corporate classes
- Maintain processes and policies that are attuned to the objectives of the current Specialist and Corporate markets
- Create regular reports as deemed relevant by the team
- Perform other assigned functions that may assist the team
