Job Description
- In charge of receiving, filing and monitoring offices under Administrative Services.
- Data entry
- Keeping records and reports
- Typing documents and correspondence
- Preparing and sending outgoing emails/communications
- Coordinating work flow
- Handling inquiries and work requests
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Administrative Sevices
Meminta
Education
- BS Graduate (Preferrably BSED Major in English. AB English, BA in English Language Studies, Bachelor in English Education, etc)
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Desired Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate (MS Office, Canva, etc.)
- Experience in administrative/clerical work
