Area of Responsibility:
- Agenda coordination
- Travel expense reports
- Calendar management for the Managing Director: coordination of calendar, scheduling meetings and acting as contact between the Managing Director and employees
- Aid the Managing Director in preparing for internal or external meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Managing Director
- Project time entries booking in Project Service Automation (PSA)
- Responsibility includes coordinating with Back Office (BO) and Project Management Office (PMO) regarding time entries
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, roadmaps, and other project documentation materials
- Responsibility may include travel arrangements and joining the Managing Director in business trips
- Responsibility may include being assigned to internal or external projects in support of the Managing
Typical Activities
- Daily one-on-one meeting with the Managing Director to discuss plans for the day
- Creating PowerPoint presentations as directed by the Managing Director (e.g. transferring a website content to a PowerPoint presentation)
- Month-end meeting with the Managing Director to finalize PSA Time Entries
