- Provide administrative and logistic support to the Commercial Sales Head.
- Receives/ screens incoming calls and visitors determine which are priority matters, and alerts the heads accordingly. Facilitate composition of memos and letters for both internal and external use.
- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings and takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings. Distributes minutes of meetings to assignees as instructed by facilitator.
- Compiles and maintains business records, statistical information, and reports. The position also establishes and maintains various filing and record management systems

- Encode and process data, information and other details
- Perform other task as assigned by Commercial Sales Head
