Project Manager Design & Contracting

Design & Development

• Directs and Develop Interior Designs from concept to client proposals and coordinate all interior construction activities, including to support Sales & Marketing initiatives to grow Company’s Businesses.
• Plan, Develop, and Manage outsourced vendor relationships to support production work, and maintain construction work standards. Monitor cost estimates/budgets and tracks project costs via company’s project management software system.

Project Management

• Responsible for managing construction phase, monitoring and coordinating the activities of Sub-Contractors, and Vendors on assigned projects.
• Maintain client relationship, troubleshoot and manage conflicts or problems from projects and operations. Abide and develop procedures and administration, while maintaining integrity to all team members.

Qualification and Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years experience as manager / senior leader in Consultancy, Contractor or Design & Build company.
• Demonstrated progressive overall experience in an Architectural, Design, or Engineering organisation
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Estimation and Design Proposals.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, and written format
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and interior design
• Skilled in negotiations, communication and networking
