Project Sales Executive

Are you passionate about sustainable solutions and ready to make a mark in the world of Project Sales? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Sales Executive for our Jakarta branch to lead our expansion in the field of HVLS fans and contribute to our growing portfolio of sustainability services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and penetrate target segments such as Architects, Consultants, and MVAC Contractors through practical and innovative approaches.
• Utilize your experience in the development sector to execute the company's sales and business objectives.
• Coordinate activities aligned with corporate directions on pricing, delivery and sales channels to drive individual sales strategies for optimal results.
• Promote our sustainability services to developers, contractors and project specifiers.
• Conduct compelling product presentations to external customers, increasing market penetration and awareness.
• Organize and execute daily sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Handle timely collections by monitoring customer aging.
• Forecast sales to enable operational planning.
• Close sales deals, liaising with government authorities, schools, mosques and other stakeholders.
• Attend customers' inquiries, prepare sales proposals, quotations and AutoCAD design drawings for submission
• Actively participate in site meetings, T&C negotiations, handovers and inspections.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Management and Malaysia HQ.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Ages 25-35 years old
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in AutoCAD software (an added advantage)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to attend on-the-job training at HQ Malaysia for 2-3 weeks
• Background in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred
• Working experience in construction, architecture or engineering-related fields
• Competent in Microsoft Office and computer operations in line with Accurate Software
