Job description

  • Responsible for the Company's orientation programs for the Board of Director
  • Promoting and marketing the company products and services on various channels
  • Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure completion of procurement duties, Liase with overseas and local principle.
  • Handle correspondence and documents with strict confidence
  • Assist in various internal and external marketing communication and administration task.
  • To assist management in having meetings with clients
  • To assist management in work related matters
  • Handle IT purchase
  • Make a quotation to client.
  • Handle tender administration.

Requirement

  • Age maximum is 40 years old.
  • graduated from secretary/business administration and other related major.
  • 1-2 years of related working experiences
  • Ms. office and English proficiency
  • have experience in purchasing/selling things is advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • detail oriented and good analytical thinking
  • Driving license SIM, A/SIM C
