Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in secretarial science or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Proven experience in managing corporate, secretarial functions, including arranging meetings, regulatory filings, and corporate record-keeping
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, OneDrive, and any other related program
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changes in business needs
- Competent in English (Oral and Written).
Job Description:
- Organize and maintain all documents kept on-site and in electronic repository
- Making time sheet
- Organizing and Servicing Internal/ External meetings
- Making sure preparations such as agenda, preparations, and planning of meetings are effective
- Logging or processing bill or expenses reimbursements.
