Project Supervisor

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the construction field or quality control at least 2 years.
• Able to make time schedule, working method, project report, project opname, etc.
• Able to read as built drawing.
• Have a good communication and leadership skill, able to solve the problem and present an informative report.
• Mastering AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Civil 3D
• Willing to work in Jakarta - Tangerang for residential buildings (Property Developer)

Responsibility

• Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with sub-contractors supervisors 
• Supervise construction works to ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings.
• Leading a group of finishing workers.
• Plan and design the complete structure of the house building
