AlamatThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management, Master of Business Administration holder or a Management Trainee (MT) graduate will be an advantage
- Prior experience in Project Management from a tech-startup / management consulting experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Ms. PowerPoint
- Fluency in English with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
- This position is a full-time-based employment
