Job Descriptions
Promotion & Communication Activities:
- Conduct promotion activity and ensure each stage of a sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment
- Prepare and send invitation letters for all promotion events
- Cooperate with event organizers to establish event requirements
- Update all related data regarding promotion plan and event Create promotion event report and evaluation
- Responsible for the equipment that will be used in promotion events
- Coordinate with related units to prepare promotion materials and the equipment that will be used in events
- Collaborate with other units for joint promotion activities
- Support in prepare promotion materials and coordinate the distribution of all materials
- Supports the planning and design of internal and external strategies for communications
- Implement comprehensive brand & Communications strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the overall organization
- Combine corporate brand strategy and communications policies into all activities
- Monitor the promotion and communication activities periodically
- Assist with proofreading reports and correspondence prepared by other departments within the organization, related with marketing communication content
- Use promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications & adhere brand guidelines
Media Relation:
- Assist to handle advertisement discussion process with related agency
- Provide graphic content for a variety of uses to enable consistent and controlled communications
- Ensure the validity of prospective customers database
- Use promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications & adhere brand guidelines
- Ensure consistent concept for all external messaging and creative executions
- Build communication with vendors and contractors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, and other collateral
- Maintain relationships and media contacts with various local and national media
- Update and maintain accuracy of database (informative media contact, agency)
- Conduct off air activities arrangement (e.g., speaker, organize event and venue)
- Maintain the effectiveness of digital media activities
General Activities:
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
- Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to quality Management System
Education Requirement:
- Diploma Degree (D3), or
- University student (6th semester)
