- Submit ojol form for new menu, menu changes, and promotions.
- Submit ojol form for changes in Thumbnail & Banner Resto and Homepage Banner.
- Submit ojol form for new store opening needs: new datas and menus.
- Submit request to IT for requesting new phone number, email, and other data needed for opening stores.
- Troubleshooting for promotional error & TV error.
- Setting Vouchers, Bundles in Admin Panel for Online and Offline Channel
- Setting In-App Banner & TV exposures.
- Coordinating with SCM for printing Offline Collaterals (Printed Voucher, Foamboard, Tentcard, Umbul" New Stores, etc.)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferrably Business or Marketing related Major).
- Proven / Prior administrative experience (preferred).
- Excellent computer skills, especially in using computer applications such as Spreadsheets, Word
- Processing, Presentation, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Calendar, E-mail.
- Attention to detail, meticulous, very careful and precise.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian & English.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Able to work alone and in a team.
- Able to be agile to execute time restricted projects and have high tolerance to stress.
