Requirement :
- Educational Background : Bachelor degree
- Work experience desired :
Min 3 years provider relation & TPA / Insurance
Have worked in a company that has managed care, Indemnity, ASO products.
Have experience dealing with clients with industrial background
Job Description :
• Giving presentations to providers about products or services
• Acting as appoint of contract for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
• Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by our company and providers
• Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of our company
• Assisting the search administration process, provider recruitment, legal & reporting of providers activities.
• Maintain good relations between our company & providers
• Reviewing the cooperation Agreement between insurance , Hospitals and Clinics.
• Conducting service flow & products education activities to Hospital and Clinics
• Handling complaints and Maintenance to hospitals & clinics
• Acquiring providers who want to make H2H connections & ensuring that the data required for mapping can be met
