Provider Network Executive (TPA/Insurance)

Requirement : 

• Bachelor's degree from any educational disciplines.
• Work experience desired :
  Min 3 years provider relation & TPA / Insurance
  Have worked in a company that has managed care, Indemnity, ASO products.
  Have experience dealing with clients with industrial background
• Have good analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with good analytical skills to develop strategic/business plans and conduct profit and loss analysis.
• Able to build and maintain good and effective working relationships with partners, clients and staff
• Have good English language skills 
• have good knowledge of insurance and health business
• Willing to undertake business trips according to the Company's needs and work more than working hours, if necessary.

Job Description :

1. Planning for the Provider Network Department in accordance with the needs and objectives of the company. 
2. Select, supervise, foster and expand / terminate provider cooperation with the approval of Management. 
3. Create strategies to meet company goals. 
4. Ensure that all Provider Network Staff carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with company objectives and strategies. 
5. As escalation points for internal and external parties.
