Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree from any educational disciplines.
- Work experience desired :
Min 3 years provider relation & TPA / Insurance
Have worked in a company that has managed care, Indemnity, ASO products.
Have experience dealing with clients with industrial background - Have good analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with good analytical skills to develop strategic/business plans and conduct profit and loss analysis.
- Able to build and maintain good and effective working relationships with partners, clients and staff
- Have good English language skills
- have good knowledge of insurance and health business
- Willing to undertake business trips according to the Company's needs and work more than working hours, if necessary.
Job Description :
- Planning for the Provider Network Department in accordance with the needs and objectives of the company.
- Select, supervise, foster and expand / terminate provider cooperation with the approval of Management.
- Create strategies to meet company goals.
- Ensure that all Provider Network Staff carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with company objectives and strategies.
- As escalation points for internal and external parties.
