Responsibility:
• Coordinate planning and implementation of Purchasing and General Affair activities
• Manage the overall Purchasing and GA job and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned
• Responsible for the maintenance of organization facilities and assets
• Manage sourcing & purchasing by utilizing and/or exploring all possible resources according to required specifications and Purchasing procedures
• Negotiating prices & lead times and conducting cost analysis/cost comparison to get the most competitive price while maintaining or improving good quality & service
• Building supplier database according to the product and supplier track record.
• Improve Purchasing processes and generate cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the area of procurement, purchasing, and general affair
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer of at least 5 years, Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Experience negotiating, contact, and Purchasing terms and conditions.
• Proficient in English is a must
