PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers in accordance with the scope of work for projects assigned.
• Purchase and issue order in accordance to specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items among suppliers & customers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site/store on time.
• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors.
• Negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
• Assist in following up overseas orders; if any.
• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
• Updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Prepare reports and summarize data including sales reports and costing reports.
• Support tender team by obtaining quotations for tender purposes.
• Preparation of documents in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications :

• Male/Female 
• Possess Bachelor's Degree of any major or its equivalent.
• Preferable minimum 5 years working experience in related filed.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required language English professional.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and possess effective problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Available to join as soon as possible
