Job Description
- Providing admin support to the Purchasing Team.
- Receiving of goods, letters, and invoices from vendors.
- Arranging delivery of goods.
- Providing admin support to other departments if requested by the Management.
- Providing comparison prices for the goods
- Performing other tasks delegated by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any major
- Min experience 1-2 years in the same position/industry
- Understand all flow processes of Purchasing Procedures
- Good communication & negotiation
- Excellent in English both verbal and written
