Job Description:

 [Developing Component]

• Management of mass production and delivery timing for each part/method considering development schedule Regular development inspection meeting
• Encourage partners to initiate development based on EO
• Development stage cooperation part Quality Development Response to development stage events
• Response to procurement and parts quality issues Full CAPA
• Preparation and inspection for continuous production at target operation rate (over 90%) 
• Key parts suppliers subject to management 4M management of partner companies (discontinuation of production, change, production site management, etc.) 
• Manage when to apply design changes Management of mass production issues 
• Improvement management of major component quality issues Conduct regular on-site inspections and improvement activities for parts partners

[Purchasing Component] 

• Establishment of a partner operation pool and discovery of new partners 
• Selected as a new project parts partner · Pricing decisions, improved profitability, and strengthened product competitiveness 
• Review of cost improvement measures through component price determination and analysis 
• Analysis of market trends and review of measures to strengthen product competitiveness 

[Parts Procurement]

• Inventory operation according to production plan 
• Developing substitute products and diversifying production sites considering logistics risks · Partner operation 
• Management of partner company management, finance, CAPA, production base, etc.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) and have good communication skills.
• Experience minimum 2 - 4 years in Quality Assurance
• Experience in battery cells/anode materials/cathode materials (including internship) 
• Status Contract Employee
• Placement in Cikarang (GIIC).
