Purchasing Specialist

Currently we are looking for candidates to join us as Purchasing Specialist

Purpose of the Job :

Manage and execute of purchasing activities of Non-Production incl. development and successful implementation of commodity and supplier related strategies. Professional execution of all purchasing related process steps according to existing purchasing directives and guidelines. Contribution to the further development and global roll-out of purchasing directives, guidelines and procedures as well as process improvements in the relevant SAP system landscape for Purchase-to-Pay

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Min 3-5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing of EPC/Civil construction Project/Project Management
• Willing to be assigned in Purwakarta, West Java
• Understanding in Project Contract law would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Cost Estimation, Operation & Maintenance Management
• Experience in Project Management in the Non Production Services is a plus
• Have good communication & English speaking skills.

Principal accountabilities:

• Manage pre-qualification and Tender process
• Process Purchase/Contract Request (PR/CR) to Purchase/Contract Order (PO/CO)
• Maintain Unit rate contract/ outline agreement of various Civil Construction Works/Manpower for Non Production Services/Vehicle Services
• Project Contract – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Safety works
• Design & Consultancy Services & rental services for all Civil works/Non Production
• Control & Monitor Material Delivery/ Job Completion/Vendor Development of the above services
