Qualification:
- Minimum S1 any dicipline, engineering prefereble
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, especially in projects/contractors
- Must be Fluent in English both oral & writting
- Have knowledge of building materials, heavy equipment spare parts
- Skilled in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Must have high integrity
- Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different organizations and cultures.
- Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality.
- Ability to travel or stay at the project for a months if needed

Job Description :
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Assists with the management of the procurement organization including strategic sourcing, procurement operations
- Ensuring the material purchasing process is according to specifications and budget, and that goods arrive in good condition and on time
- Monitor and track order deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Ensuring purchasing administration is carried out correctly and properly validated - Conduct vendor selection and evaluation processes on a regular basis
- Maintains all procurement files, including all necessary documentation, for goods and services, consultants, and any other contract or agreement, except for employment agreements
- Conducting research and looking for new goods or materials and suppliers
- Assessing tenders from potential suppliers
- Conduct price negotiations and agree on cooperation contracts with suppliers
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Ensure the compliance of internal / external policy and/or requirement.
- Maintains data on VAT exemption (if any) for internal procurement file in coordination with Finance unit.
- Also performs other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
