• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Supply Chain management, or in a related field
• 1-2 years experience in Purchasing field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Being able to speak English would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other desired qualities:
• Experience in ISP industry
• Knowledge of Using Purchasing Software
Basic Jobs Desc and Responsibility:
• Conduct market research to find suppliers who can provide the goods or services needed by the Requestor.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure PT. CM has got the best price on the item sought.
• Placing orders with suppliers in accordance with standard Operation Procedures of PT. CM
• Receive goods from suppliers ,and
• Check the goods to make sure that they are in good condition and according to the order.
• Confirm to the Requestor the goods ordered, whether it is in accordance with the order / not.
• Maintain good relations with suppliers, Ask Suppliers to regularly provide promo informationor price changes periodically.
• Understand All Products required by the Requestor.
• Stay up-to-date on ISP industry trends
• Support in the evaluation of All Distributors or Suppliers.
