Job Description:
- Responsible for review and implement all SOP at laboratory areas
- Lead the team to ensure all activity in the lab to run smoothly
- Responsible for reviewing routine preventive maintenance and verification/calibration of instruments used in the laboratory and its recording
- Responsible for ensuring the current test methods are used for testing
- Responsible for identifying the alternate/new contract external laboratory, for tracking, conducting, completeness of audit of contract laboratory
- Coordinate with the vendor, purchasing and finance department to purchase all consumables, equipment needed for the lab.
- Responsible for maintaining stock of chemical reagent, glassware, consumable equipment used in the laboratory
- Searching and coordinating with vendors for lab equipment/instrument and reagents needs
- Responsible for sample Analysis, data recording and review
- Responsible for conducting testing error investigation when found abnormal results
- Responsible for implementing the qualification of the instrument/equipment
- Responsible for review of In-process and Intermediate specification
- Responsible for preparing specifications for new incoming material and packaging material
- Responsible for implementing Good Laboratory Practice
- COA Preparation for Commercial Consignment
- Train QC members regarding all activities in QC department such as SOP, analyzing samples based on test methods, filling data records, running and maintaining instruments, SAP activities, etc.
- Help the related department to investigate both internal and external issues including customer complaints, vendor problems, etc
- Support to conduct new product trials
- Responsible for reviewing the result of water quality
- Evaluate stability study of the products
- Review and Approval of analyst qualification
- Involved during internal or external audits activity
