Our client, a Japanese Lubricant Manufacturer is currently hiring for a Quality Control Manager with the following details:

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years’ experience in same field (or lubricants experience more advantage)
• Having experience in manager position (is a must)
• Good knowledge & experience in lubricants manufacture
• Good knowledge in Quality Management System
• Good knowledge in QC 7 Tools
• Good ability in handling problem, strong analytical thinking & communication skills
• Good in English (oral & written)

[Job Description]

• Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and reliability in product quality.
• Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness.
• Establish quality control checkpoints throughout the production process, including incoming raw materials inspection, in-process testing, and finished product testing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities, equipment, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
