QA / QC Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities : 

• Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes
• Setting raw material requirements for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Conducting an assessment of the company's production processes and curating in-house quality policies
• Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards 
• Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation
• Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points
• To ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposition according to procedure
• Prepare and reviews technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulatory are executed.
• Planning and overseeing the implementation of periodic additive, evaluation of output quality.
• Undertaking and monitoring good performance, monitoring, and product measurements according to control plans,
• Grounding, planning and monitoring the implementation of statistical control of processes.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience in FMCG Industry
• Good Communications skills
• Hardworking and initiative
• Good in English, Both written and Verbal
• Expert with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Mastering documenting and documenting
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday
