As Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible to conduct quality check of material, processing and product, monitoring and validation of process quality in accordance to quality management system procedures to ensure processes are run in efficiently and effectively to produce products that continuously meet TCCC quality standards.

Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or 1 years’ experience in FMCG production is preferable.
- Min Diploma 3 – bachelor’s degree, preferably in Microbiology, Biology Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Have certification related microbiology would be beneficial.
- Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance and quality system implementation
- Quality inspection for material
- Validation of process quality
- Quality inspection for product
- Inspection and testing to the cleaning and sanitation process.
- Conduct quality checks to product sampling from the market
- Monitoring and review the results of quality checks.
- Documenting all quality check and production process information for trace abilities.
- Conduct maintenance and internal calibration of laboratory
- Good laboratory practice
