Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct quality check of material, water treatment, syrup processing, monitoring and validation of process quality in accordance with QMS procedures and CCEP Indonesia way or works to ensure processes are run in efficiently and effectively to produce products that continuously meet TCCC quality standards (KORE / ISO 9001, 14001, FSCC, OHSAS/ SMK3) and quantity targets that been set. Responsible to come to work align to regulation to ensure there is no interrupted process.

Key Accountability:

• Review and monitoring the results of quality checks from both the Quin-sys or QMP forms that apply.
• Conduct inspection and testing to the cleaning and sanitation process (before and after the production process) and contribute to provide improvement ideas.
• Responsible to execute Quality Assurance Implementation with Quality Operational Monitoring, conduct quality verification according to quality parameters at line production, conduct quality verification to the finished product that is still in the retention period and provide release recommendations, conduct re-verification of quality & quantity to the finished products that are on Hold in quarantine area, and all Quality Assurance administration.
• Conduct quality checks to product sampling from the market and prepare production process information for trace abilities.
• Responsible to Ensure available information of Quality, analyse trends of performance and develop corrective action and performance improvement plan to achieve progress toward specific defined business objectives.
• Conduct verification to the process and results of cleaning & sanitation (CS) in accordance with the procedure & quality standards, Updating CS matrix as requirement, Ensure C&S as matriks, and Ensure implementation of CIP & COP regularly.
• Coordinate impplementation of special CS as planning (deep cleaning, trial, etc)
• Conduct maintenance and internal calibration of laboratory measuring instruments in accordance with procedures.
• Monitoring process performance, updating to superior and coordinating with other section for resolving the issues.
• Identify improvement opportunity, suggest for improvement initiatives to the superior and involving to improvement activities to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness and productivity.
• Responsible to implement OHS policies, work plans, procedures, work instructions. In accordance with OHS policy and identify potential risk hazards in the work area and carry out preventive measures.

Education Background:
• Diploma 3 - Degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology Science)
 

Professional Experience:
• Fresh Graduate or 1 years’ experience in FMCG production is preferable
