Quality Assurance (Anti-Fraud)
Job Descriptions:
- Set quality standards that must be met by the products or services of offline merchants.
- Develop and implement a quality management system that complies with the established standards.
- Supervise the analysis process to ensure that the set quality standards are met.
- Analyze quality data and take necessary actions to address any quality issues that occur.
- Communicate with analysts regarding quality issues that occur.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Anti-Fraud or Risk Management.
- Have a good understanding of Know Your Business (KYB) offline or online merchant is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willing to take a new challenges and work in a fast paced environment.
