Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute Quality Assurance strategies and protocols tailored to the fintech domain regulation such as POJK (OJK) & AFPI.
• Lead and supervise the QA team in conducting meticulous desk collection, customer service evaluations, and rigorous credit analysis processes.
• Ensure that stringent quality benchmarks are met throughout fintech product and service offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and prevent quality-related issues.
• Monitor, assess, and refine quality control procedures to align with evolving industry standards.
• Prepare comprehensive Quality Assurance reports and deliver presentations to management.
• Stay current with fintech industry regulations (OJK & AFPI), compliance requirements, and emerging best practices.
• Mentor and train QA staff to elevate their proficiency and ensure consistent quality outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve customer grievances tied to quality matters, upholding the company reputation.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality excellence.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance within the fintech sector, with specific exposure to desk collection, customer service evaluations, and credit analysis.
• Profound familiarity with fintech-specific Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in quality evaluations and compliance adherence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver results on schedule.
• Thorough understanding of fintech regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry nuances.
• Proficiency in utilizing fintech-relevant Quality Assurance tools and software.
• Previous supervisory experience, especially within quality management, is highly advantageous.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) and familiarity with fintech-specific certifications are pluses.
