Summary
Responsible for establishing good Quality Assurance with a strong control environment in Operation and Claims Directorate
Responsibility
- Ensure good services quality with a strong control environment through the development of policies and procedures
- Implement Anti Fraud Framework in the Directorate
- Formulate policies and procedures to improve Control, Compliance and Efficiency
- Lead the process for Operation Control reviews
- Deliver report on Operation Control framework to management
- Identify control deficiencies action plan and monitor progress implementation
- Collaborate with process owners on addressing control deficiencies
- Collaborate with risk owner and Risk Management department on risk control and risk control mitigation
Requirement
- Experience in doing or monitoring Claims processes minimum for 5 years
- Experience in developing Quality Assurance processes and sampling procedures
- Experience in managing and performing Motor workshop evaluation and audit processes
- Experience with CGISS system will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Good negotiation skill
