Job Description :
- Develop strategies, plan and manage the operational implementation of IT systems for business operations in the internal environment.
- Prepare departmental budgets and be responsible for budget utilization in achieving strategic objectives and divisional targets.
- Manage the availability, development, and quality of human resources needed to carry out the department's duties and responsibilities in achieving strategic objectives and sub-division targets.
- Manage all related department activities including:
- Develop governance (governance), make policies (MI/KS), standards and work procedures (SOP) required.
- Meet established IT security and compliance standards
- Coordinate project planning
- Coordinate with the implementation project team for monitoring application needs on the application system that will be deployed in the training environment and ORT (Operation Readiness Test)
- Coordinate with the project team for the preparation of the monitoring strategy.
- Coordinate and supervise project implementation
- Implementation of monitoring application installation in training & ORT environment
- Support during the training & ORT process
- Reviewing & improving project implementation results
- Coordinate with the project implementation team if the application system data in the training and ORT environment does not work according to project needs and make improvements
- Coordinate operational planning
- Coordinate with the dept at the IT Directorat for the preparation of application systems to be deployed in the Adira IT production environment
- Installing business process monitoring applications related to the application system to be deployed
- Analyze the needs of the data monitoring application results in the User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment for the application system testing process by the user (process owner)
- Coordinate with the dept at the IT Directorat and the user for cut-off readiness during deployment
- Coordinate with users, IT DBA performs business data age planning (especially secondary data)
- Coordinate with users, the development team plans to make automation / batching processes
- Coordinate and supervise operational implementation
- Preparation of monitoring applications in UAT, ORT, Production environments

- Conduct operational reviews & improvements
- Coordinate with the dept at the IT Directorat and the user to carry out a Post Implementation Review (PIR), which ensures that the data formed as a result of the deployed functions are in accordance with the business design
- Make improvements to the data from the findings of PIR
- Coordinate with users and depts in the IT Directorat to check/receive complaints of user operating problems, analyze, and make improvements to the application/data system or give advice to users on steps to repair transactions.

- Minimum 6 years experience
- Leading in business requirements analysis and IT service design
- Leading in the design and implementation of IT strategy and architecture
- Leading IT operations and services
- Leading IT project implementation & management
- Have knowledge of IT operations to support the company's business processes
- Have project management knowledge
- Have an understanding of multi-finance business processes
- Have IT technical skills including but not limited to applications/software, databases and infrastructure.
- Have the ability to think strategically
- Have high analytical and synthesis skills
- Have good communication competence to relate to all levels in the organization
