Description
Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance to join our team in Yogyakarta. Take a look at the description below:

  • Supervise the work of Student Success team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
  • Document all processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
  • Achieve qualitative monitoring & scoring goals as established
  • Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Requirement
  • Min. Diploma Degree Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
  • Preferably has Min. 1 year experience as QA within Customer Service Area in Language Education industry
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
