Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance to join our team in Yogyakarta. Take a look at the description below:
- Supervise the work of Student Success team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
- Document all processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
- Achieve qualitative monitoring & scoring goals as established
- Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Min. Diploma Degree Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
- Preferably has Min. 1 year experience as QA within Customer Service Area in Language Education industry
- Driven and motivated
- Excellent communication capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
