Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the QA team• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations and standards• Execute and maintain quality control processes• Coordinate testing and release of quality products• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities• Prepare the company for regulatory audits and inspections• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams• Lead investigations into product quality issues• Identify opportunities for process optimization• Approve or reject finished products based on quality assessments
Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy (certified Apothecary)• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry and personal health care• Preferred 2 years in a managerial or leadership role• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance regulations and standards• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and leadership abilities• Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to Quality Assurance and compliance
