Quality Assurance Manager

PT NIRO CERAMIC NASIONAL INDONESIA is a subsidiary of PT NIRO GRANITE Group, dealing in the business of manufacturing and distribution of NIRO GRANITE of porcelain tiles (with Swiss Heritage). We are leading brand in our industry & having branches in Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and Spain. Our products have been exported to more than 60 countries worldwide. Currently, we are looking for A QUALIFIED PERSON as:

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

(based in GUNUNG PUTRI, BOGOR)       

Job Description

• Plan, implement and control the QA department schedule to achieve the target
• Make the concept and standardize the specification, working instruction and working procedure related to the Quality of Granite tile product.
• Evaluate the daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports to do the correction and improvement of Quality and production process to minimize the defect. 
• Do the analysis process whether there is any discrepancy or defect of the specification and standard of the product (granite tile) also handle all complaints related to the products.  
• Conduct the Quality Assurance of the quality product OEM from Vietnam and China. 
• Do the Continuous Improvement  4 MIL in the QA department.
• Analyze the QA process and its problems and then, do the correction action to achieve the improvement and the target given by Management.
• Keep all data QA safely and promptly, also improve the best working method.
• Implement K3 in working environment. 
• Control the budget in QA department and implement cost control program.

 Job Requirement

• Aged around 40 to 45 years old.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial or mechanical or other Engineering background with min GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) from reputable university.
• Having minimum 15 years’ experience in QUALITY ASSURANCE field (7 years in MANAGERIAL position, should be in BUILDING MATERIAL company).
• Familiar with QUALITY ASSURANCE Concept and Technique in Ceramic industry, also Strength in Statistical science, and Mathematics.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, Safety Awareness, P2K3, 6S Concept, and others related to QUALITY ASSURANCE matter.
• Fluent in English and Skillful in Computer literary.
• HE should be a Fast learner, Mature, Team player, Detail, Good Problem Solver, Good analytical thinking, Tough, also have Good Leadership Skill.
• HE will directly report to Factory Manager.
• Willing to be placed in our factory in GUNUNGPUTRI, BOGOR.
