Quality Control as a supervisor or researcher of work carried out by operational and engineering team to obtain perfect quality standards.
Assist managers in ensuring that all technical details are implemented as requested, ensuring guest satisfaction consistent with the Company’s mission, through planning, organizing, directing, project control and operational maintenance side.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with all department heads to provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work solutions that optimize efficiency in terms of time, energy, costs, and materials.
Monitor all developments in operational and engineering programs.
Evaluate quality processes and systems within the operations department.
Review and propose updates to management regarding SOPs, facilities, and overall quality.
Implement quality standards across the entire property.
Identify issues during inspections and establish reporting protocols for each department.
Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment meet high quality standards.
Verify that all team members consistently adhere to company standards.
Prepare non-conformity reports in the event of deviations.
Update SOPs regularly.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and engineering inspection results for the operational manager, general manager, and CEO.
Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues and superiors.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards.
Gather and analyze guest feedback, reviews, and surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to address quality-related concerns, share best practices, and implement improvements.
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Handle guest complaints and quality-related concerns promptly and professionally. Work with staff to resolve issues and prevent recurring problems.
Ensure the implementation of company values, mission, vision, and standards across all facilities and by all employees.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality operations, Quality Control, quality assurance, and quality management.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to team members.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
