Site Engineer / Quality Control

Feeels villas is a development company that operates in Bali since 2022.

We are building 3 complexes of 45 villas in Bingin area. Our team are professionals who have more than 11 years of experience in low-rise construction.

In 2024, we are launching the production of prefab houses in Bali with our own technology, which will allow us to develop turnkey projects in up to 6 months.

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to supervise construction projects. 

Responsibilities:

Control over time and quality of construction process of the project,

Text and photo construction reports,

Participation in adjustment of design and project documentation on the basis of actual situation,

Measuring works,

Participation in search and selection of materials and constructions.

Requirements:

3 + years experience in construction

English - upper-intermediate

Engineering/construction education

Basic knowledge of AutoCad, Google Sketchup

Ability to read drawings

Basic knowledge of Geodesy (working with a leveler, taking out the point from the drawing on the ground)

Knowledge of building materials and materials for finishing/engineering networks

Based in Bali, available to commute to Bingin on the daily basis
