Site Engineer

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a SITE ENGINEER and QS. Experience working on civil construction projects; hotel and hospitality business
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
• Excellence at Auto cad and Microsoft office
• Expert in Quantity Surveyor
• Passionate, Creative, and Good at team work

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead the quantity surveying and cost management efforts from inception to completion
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets reports (make BOQ)
• Evaluate and analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to accurately determine quantities and costs of materials, labor, and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all cost estimates, quotes, and pricing information.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
• Control any drawings
• Assist the Project Manager
• Advance knowledges in Architecture details, MEP and Structures
