Requirement:
- Have a relevant professional background, familiar with the collection industry and understand the collection process and laws and regulations;
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with the collection team and other departments;
- Strong data analysis and processing skills, able to independently complete data collation and analysis;
- Strong sense of responsibility and work motivation, able to assume certain work pressure and challenges;
- Proficiency in relevant collection tools and software, with certain computer application skills.
Responsibilities:
- To implement collection Quality Control standards according to company requirements, assess the performance and performance of collectors, and make suggestions and recommendations for improvement;
- Ensuring that the collection process is in compliance with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements, and handling violations;
- Developing and implementing collection Quality Control plans and monitoring the progress and quality of work of collectors;
- Responsible for recording and organizing collection data, preparing collection reports, and providing data analysis and recommendations to management;
- Coordinate and cooperate with other members of the collection team to ensure the smooth running of the collection process.
