Quality Control Engineer

JD:

Operates and maintains quality system in responsible position, implements quality inspection on imcoming material, production process and outgoing product, coordinate the non-conformance process according to the quality system procedure and standard.
1、Responsible for personnel of Quality Control Team, personnel planning, personnel management, personnel qualification, motivation and training of the employees
2、Responsible for the quality inspection resource planning and management, insepction labotory management, inspection equiptment/tools planning and maintainace
3、Plan and implement caliration and MSA for the measurement instruments
4、Plan and implement ESD audit
5、Define and implement the controls for incoming material, implement containment process and work with the SQM and suppliers to ensure production when incoming quality issue occur.
6、Implement production process inspection and outgoing inspection.
7、Completes product quality inspection and control documents
8、Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvment plan.
 

JR:

1、Bechelor's degress or above
2、Quality management knowledge (ISO9001/TS16949,  FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan. etc.)
3、Quality tools FMEA, MSA, SPC, Quality system aduit. Six sigma black belt/green belt preferred
4、3+years work experience in quality related function, people management experience preferred
5、Fluence English, fluence Chinese preferred
