As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of inspection standards between customers and factories. Your responsibilities include formulating a comprehensive quality policy, establishing and executing supplier quality and performance strategies, and identifying potential product quality risks with corresponding solution plans.

- Develop a quality policy to align inspection standards between customers and factories, provide training, conduct audits or assessments on vendors, and oversee product inspections
- Set up guidelines for the selection of vendors, establish reliable vendors through factory assessments and quality audit, coordinate with compliance teams for factory audits, and implement a quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and vendor scoring system.
- Identify product quality risks and develop effective solution plans.
- Analyze quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead the quality team in new product qualification, technical file creation, product control plan development, certification processes, etc.
- Train the Factory Quality Inspectors and ensure their understanding of QC requirements.
- Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient understanding of production processes, with expertise in pre-production risk analysis.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive factory evaluations.
- Strong background in Technical Hardgoods, specifically wooden and metal furniture.
- Familiarity with inspection protocols to ensure quality standards.
- Thorough understanding and experience with ISO9000, ISO14000, AQL 2.5, and AQL 4.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site inspections.
