Responsibilities :
- Responsible to gaining an understanding of the management’s direction, aspirations and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Responsible to devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Manages the daily Quality Operations and the role encompasses the Quality strategies and the processes required in meeting the company’s objectives, legislative demands, and customer requirements.
- Involved in directing and controlling all aspects of Quality Assurance and Control within the business to achieve a high degree of quality assurance, cost effectiveness and safe practices.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably with food-related education background, such as Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Industry Management.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in F&B Manufacture in the same position, preferably in Quality Control and Laboratorium.
- Have skills internal auditor certification, HACCP, ISO, Halal certification, food regulations or related Quality/Food Safety Management System certifications, data analysis, teamwork, effective communication, developing and motivating people, multitasking, decision making & problem solving, enabling change.
- Attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
