Job Description :
- as apart or effort to keep supply chain satisfaction (supplier to end customers) and ensuring business sustainability
- ensuring all processing steps especially CCPs undercontrolled to prevent risk in 4 main aspects. Food safety, food qualitu, legality and food fraud.
- ensuring all data (monitoring reports) from rcv to export are well collected, complete, accurate & Accountable
- daily product inspection
- maintain traceability
Job Requirement :
- Experience as QC Processing minimum 3 years (shrimp/tilapia)
- Strong character and mentally
- Good analytical thinking
- troubleshooter
- willing to placement at Medan
