ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan the distribution and implementation of QC Inspector functions for raw materials, SFG and FG based on material arrival information and Job Orders that have been issued to ensure that the quality of raw materials, SFG and FG is in accordance with established standards
- Plan quality team needs based on long-term and short-term forecast predictions so that resources are available and productivity is in line with the capacity to be achieved.
- Analyze the results of routine and non-routine inspections and ensure that the inspection results are valid and have a good impact on the production process
- Coordinate with related parties both internally and externally in carrying out the traceability process for potential causes of customer complaints
- Check recommendations for storage or handling processes for incoming materials, SFG and FG that do not comply with standards or have an impact on quality standards
- Collaborate with Quality Spv and Manufacturing Excellence to investigate non-conformities whether arising from customer feedback or internal feedback so as to produce conclusions on the root of the problem and corrective action.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field (Applied Sciences or Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of production with a position equivalent to a team leader.
- Being able to speak English both spoken and written is an added benefit
- Understand production concepts in similar fields, both machines and technology
- Understand quality control and its application in the production process
- Have strong analytical skills to analyze production data that refers to production efficiency
