JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all products manufactured in the company safe and meet the requirement of quality standard in the term of RM/PM, production process and finish goods.
• Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 system
• Implement QRMP and Golden Rules standard in the factory
• Issuing document control procedures which contain: guideline for developing, distributing and revising the documents; distribution list
• Leading preparation of compliance system audit in order to ensure Quality System are implemented as well as monitoring corrective and preventive action after audit
• Ensuring GMP and HACCP is implemented in the factory
• Assisting in handling customer complaint
• Ensuring regulatory compliance by checking and compare product formula with food regulation and quality standard

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or equivalent
• Having more than 5 years of experience in the same field
• Deep knowledge in quality standard regulated by company (QRMP, Golden Rules, HACCP, GMP) and government (Halal, etc)
• Good understanding in production process
• Strong knowledge in quality assurance
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Able in influencing others
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
